To celebrate the completion of your studies and to prepare a worthy graduation from the university, the DIT alumni team organizes a graduation ceremony for you and your relatives.

Students who have successfully completed their studies in the winter semester 2024/2025 are invited to the ceremony in July 2025. The following faculties will be bid farewell:

• Applied Healthcare Sciences
• Applied Computer Science
• Applied Natural Sciences and Industrial Engineering
• Applied Economics (School of Management)
• Civil and Environmental Engineering
• Electrical Engineering and Media Technology
• Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics
• Centre for Further Academic Education (graduates of summersemester 2024 and wintersemester 2024/2025)

The date for the graduation ceremony for the graduates of winter semester 2024/2025 is Friday, 24 July 2025.

The ceremony will take place in the Stadthalle Deggendorf. Part of the farewell ceremony will be a personal presentation of certificates by the Dean of the Faculty, the ceremonial throwing of hats by all graduates (as the highlight of the evening and symbolic completion of their studies) and a subsequent champagne reception. The ceremony will be held in German.
